At 22 years old, Diane moved from the corporate graphic design field to start Visual Communication.

Her company is known for high quality, great service and reliable, consistent design. In 1999, she was named Small Business of the Year in the Service category by the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.

Her first book will be available in August 2010 and the content draws upon her education in organizational communication and design and in simple terms explains the methods to ensure organizations receive the most value for their design and marketing budget.

With over 20 years of experience in the design industry her mission is to help small business professionals demystify the process of working with creatives.
Her passion for helping others has led to creating workshops for small business owners, where she empowers them to grow their marketing through smart design choices.
